Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a Network Engineer/Administrator fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in The Hague, the Netherlands.

  • The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises.
  • In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team, on-site.

Responsibility

  • Providing technical support for upgrades and changes to the current and new Cisco infrastructure.
  • Assist with 2nd and 3rd level escalations, incident troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Supply the installation, technical, support and maintenance documentation and On-Call service.
  • Change and release management activities related to the secure Cisco infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • University Degree and at least 10 years of IT professional experience.
  • More than 9 years of experience in Network and collaboration solutions in large enterprise environments.
