As a Senior Software Engineer (Node.js), you'll tackle complex challenges, from crafting compelling front-end applications to integrating with diverse providers and scaling our AWS cloud infrastructure. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and high-performing.

As a Senior Software Engineer (Node.js), you'll tackle complex challenges, from crafting compelling front-end applications to integrating with diverse providers and scaling our AWS cloud infrastructure. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and high-performing.
You will have an impact on:
- Design and Implement: Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems for our platform.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer value.
- Work with Cutting-Edge Tech: Develop in a data-intensive, distributed environment using NodeJS, TypeScript, React and AWS services.
- Innovate: Design and build new functionality while improving existing systems.
- Establish Best Practices: Define and implement frameworks and processes that empower the team to excel.
- Lead by example by writing clean, testable code and supporting engineering best practices.
- Decision-Making: Actively contribute to team decisions regarding goals, timelines, and technology stack.
- Own features end-to-end — from architecture to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Improve performance, reliability, and scalability to ensure our platform meets enterprise-grade standards.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in full-stack roles.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js/React, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS.
- Strong software engineering principles: clean code, modularity, testing, and maintainability.
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable, distributed systems.
- Self-motivated and able to navigate a fast-changing startup environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Bonus: Experience with ReactNative/Expo is a plus.
