Your responsibilities:

• Support the ERP Lead for Pricing Management System in the transformation of the price management from a manual/fragmented process to a fully automated/centralised process.
• Ensure the communication of the contracts is reflecting an exhaustive view of the price points and attributes to be applied for the said contracts.
• Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives by identifying potential areas for enhancement in data entry processes.
• Ensure a smooth update of the prices is conducted through the Pricing Management System.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of pricing and master data within relevant systems through regular review, validation, and double-checking.
• Provide timely and accurate support to the Sales team and the Customer Service on any question related to the Pricing Management System.
• Potentially assist with basic data extraction or reporting related to pricing information as needed.
  
  
  

Requirements for the role:

• 1-3 years’ experience, ideally with an analytical background or in supporting role.
• Experience working with Excel, MS Office.
• Experience working with at least one Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), SQL, Power BI.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Strong collaboration skills and stakeholder management.
• A strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks.
