Marketing Specialist – Employer Brand

We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Employer Brand & Communications team! In this role, you’ll support a variety of projects and help show - in a real and creative way - what makes our company a great place to work.

What You Will Do

• Create and manage marketing content, including employee stories, blog, social media posts, brand integrations, and more
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other creatives to produce photo and video content
• Manage internal communications, such as weekly TV slides, newsletters, event announcements, and intranet updates
• Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Support creative projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience
• Lead career fair initiatives and manage employer branding partnerships
  
  
  

What We Expect

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or employer branding
• Skilled in creating both written and visual content for a variety of audiences and channels
• Proficient in designing simple, engaging visuals using tools like Canva or similar platforms
• Experience in running online ads on LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram (Meta), or Google
• Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of the bigger picture
• Collaborative and enthusiastic about contributing fresh, people-focused ideas
