Junior Business Intelligence Manager / Expert

Your Responsibilities
As a Junior BI Manager/Expert, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and optimization of business intelligence solutions. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to build reliable, scalable, and insightful BI systems.
Key Tasks:
- Design and develop data models and structures in BI/DWH systems
- Monitor and maintain data quality, consistency, and availability
- Prepare and visualize data insights for management and business units
- Support implementation of ETL pipelines and reporting frameworks
- Participate in agile project teams delivering data-driven initiatives
- Contribute to technical documentation and data flow mapping
- Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and refine solutions
Your Profile
We are looking for a curious and structured individual with a strong interest in data and analytics.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
- Initial experience or training in data modeling, BI platforms, or data warehouses
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, or similar
- Understanding of ETL processes, SQL, and data management concepts
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Business-oriented approach with clear communication skills
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and willing to learn
