The impact you’ll make

At Paribu, every team member plays a crucial role in driving innovation and delivering high-quality solutions. In role Internal Audit Manager you will be responsible for;

• Collaborate effectively with external auditors and regulatory bodies on IT control audits and examinations,
• Stay updated on emerging IT risks, cybersecurity threats, and audit methodologies,
• Provide advisory support on IT governance, risk, and compliance initiatives,
• Provide independent assurance to the Audit Committee on the institution’s adherence to legal and internal regulations in its operations.

Key competencies

We believe skills and potential matter as much as experience. To thrive in this role, you should have;

• Minimum 10 years of internal audit experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role,
• Lead and oversee the audits, ensuring thorough evaluation of controls and processes to address risks and enhance organizational value,
• CPA, CIA, CISA, or other relevant certifications preferred,
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks ( SOX, NIST, COBIT, GAAP etc.)
• Proficiency in audit software and financial reporting tools,
• Excellent command of English.
