Role Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to support installation, migration, and maintenance activities across customer sites. The role includes hands-on technical work involving network equipment and on-site support, ensuring IT systems are installed, configured, and maintained to meet operational and service standards.

Responsibilities

Installation, Addition, Change, Move (IMAC):

• Perform technical site surveys, including passive WiFi site surveys and site preparation.
• Support staging, rack and stack installation, and configuration for remote access.
• Assist in customer migrations and provide Day 1 on-site support.
• Handle installation of routers, LAN switches, wireless LAN, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
• Work with a variety of manufacturers including Cisco, Meraki, Huawei, Palo Alto, Aruba, Fortinet, UPS, and Microsoft.

Maintenance & Support:

• Provide on-call and standby support services with 24/7/4 SLA coverage.
• Replace field-replaceable units and restore equipment to operational status.
• Apply requested engineering changes and install necessary software updates.
• Prepare and repack equipment for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing.

General Duties:

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Handle first-line support for incidents and service requests according to SLA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve low-complexity technical issues.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams.
• Participate in project tasks as required.

Requirements

• CCNA Certification or equivalent Level 2 Network certification.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure or networking roles.
• Strong internetworking and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to comprehend technical documentation and follow detailed instructions.
• Basic proficiency in English.
