Our Growth & Onboarding team plays a key role in welcoming new users to the platform, focusing on delivering seamless and personalized experiences that scale with the evolving needs of tomorrow’s audience. We're passionate about crafting intuitive user journeys that make a lasting first impression.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop impactful features and shape our onboarding strategy.
• Take ownership across the full software lifecycle — from architectural design and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Review code, contribute to design discussions, and provide thoughtful feedback to drive continuous improvement across the team.
• Champion engineering best practices and help set development standards to improve quality, scalability, and developer efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers and support their growth through knowledge sharing and peer collaboration.
• Stay curious — keep learning and stay ahead with the latest tools, frameworks, and development trends.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining native Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Deep understanding of Android SDK and Jetpack Compose.
• Experience with modern development practices including unit/integration testing, CI/CD workflows, A/B testing, and code reviews.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and effective communicator who can work with cross-functional teams and explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Passion for innovation, curiosity to explore new ideas, and resilience in the face of ambiguity or failure.

Bonus Points For

• Familiarity with GraphQL, REST APIs, and a strong grasp of HTTP fundamentals.
• Experience with additional programming languages like Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
