Detailed Job Description for React JS Developer at PAN India:

You Will Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of demonstrable experience working with the Veeva CRM app.
  • 3-4 years of experience in front-end technologies, especially React.js.
  • Strong knowledge on redux/recoil or any other state management is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of React.js and JavaScript.
  • Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive web applications using React.js.
  • Experienced in building reusable components and front-end libraries.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries, state management, authentication, and authorization.
  • Ability to collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure design feasibility.
  • Able to work with backend engineers for API integration.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex methods and results to diverse audiences.
  • Active participation in code reviews and commitment to code quality.
  • Hands on experience with Power BI and other data visualization tools.
  • Keen on staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in React and JavaScript development.

  • Candidate is having knowledge on react native and gen AI or ML should be an added advantage.
  • Effectively train the junior resources in technical and functional aspects
  • Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes were needed.
  • Conceptualize and design the best fit solution against the requirements with the help of an Architect.
