Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Risk Management.
- Experience working in data center infrastructure.
- Experience in program management.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure components (power, cooling, networking, servers, storage), operations, and security best practices.
- Ability to lead cross-functional problem solving teams using structured approaches.
- Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations.
- Strong team building and teamwork attributes.

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular risk assessments and analyses to identify potential threats, vulnerabilities, and their potential impact on data center availability and performance.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls, including policies, procedures, and technical safeguards, to reduce the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
- Establish Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts and identify emerging risks.
- Serve as a key point of contact for data center risk-related matters, collaborating effectively with internal teams (security, operations, engineering, compliance, audit) and external stakeholders (vendors, auditors).
- Evaluate and improve the data center risk management framework and processes based on lessons learned, industry best practices, and evolving threats.
