FleetFox is on the hunt for an AI-Automations Engineer — a force of nature in the world of Agentic-AI, no-code/low-code automations, robotic process automation (RPA), and intelligent process design. YOU'LL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF:
Automated Solutions Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation workflows across various operational areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements
- Prototype intelligent solutions, focusing on machine learning, natural language processing, and data analysis tools
- Monitor the performance of implemented automation solutions and refine them to achieve maximum efficiency
- Analyze operational data to inform enhancements and predict future needs
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on AI technologies and automation best practices
- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and automation and advocate for innovative approaches to enhance FleetFox's capabilities
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of automation processes and systems
- Train internal stakeholders on new automation technologies and workflows
- You live and breathe tools like Make.com, N8N, assistant-ui.com, THEOgrowth, syllable.ai, or similar
- You have the technical skills required, e.g Python, Java, or R, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
- You're quick — not just in ideation, but in execution. We value "done fast" over "perfect next quarter."
- You get a rush from seeing a clunky manual process vanish thanks to your smart workflows
- You understand operations, process mapping, and decision-tree logic
- You're experienced — at least 3 years building AI automations, bots, or internal tooling
- You're practical. You know how to go from a conversation to an MVP by EOD
- You speak "human" — we have amazing domain owners who will feed you challenges on a platter
- You're passionate about learning about latest developments in AI technologies and automations
- Past experience in fleet tech, logistics, automotive, marketplaces, gig-economy, or ops-heavy industries
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for AI automation scripting
- You're kind of an AI nerd. Nerds are COOL! Jokingly, you might call yourself an "autistic AI-enthusiast" (you'll fit right in). 😅
- Collaborate with a passionate team of agile, tech-driven builders
- Join at seed-stage company with interesting challenges to build; having just raised a significant investment round
- Location: Preferably Estonia, but remote also OK
- Competitive salary + performance-based bonuses + stock options
- Start: ASAP (June)
