Your Task Scope

Help develop our Workforce Management enterprise software as a member of one of our Scrum development teams. The team is located in Hamburg, Munich and Romania and focuses on delivering backend functionality in the Time & Attendance area, processing the working times of employees and calculating wages according to the configuration of our major customers.

YOUR CAPABILITIES

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar, Master’s degree is a plus
• Full proficiency in Java
• Basic experience with software projects, professional experience is a strong plus
• Drive, initiative, willingness to tackle problems in a complex business domain
• A proactive approach to overcome obstacles
