Senior Software Engineer - Sydney

We're seeking exceptional Senior/Lead Software Engineers to join our development team! In this role, you'll be pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining product and platform services, and infrastructure that powers global logistics.

• Experience in building large-scale services and enterprise software.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, and similar languages.
• Expertise in databases like SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
• Proven experience designing and developing complex software solutions focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Ability to drive technical excellence and innovation through best practices, code reviews, and architectural improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
