Then come and join our global team as Senior Finance Project Manager (f/m/d) to drive financial optimization and support strategic decisions.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will work with the Head of REG-FI Direct Export Sales - Business Administration and the respective Management Team, and your activities will span from leading projects to hands-on, content driven activities.
  • You will independently prepare the groundwork for key decisions by conducting ad hoc research, providing analysis, and delivering insights.
  • You will review existing and implement new processes (Directives/Instructions/Regulations) of DES/BA including training sessions for rollouts and refreshers.
  • You will identify optimization potential and drive productivity measures and change management.
  • You will take ownership of projects that create real impact.
  • You will plan and facilitate workshops and management meetings.
  • You own the budget planning and forecasting process for DES/BA cost centers.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You hold a university degree in business administration, engineering or science.
  • You have many years of professional experience in managing cross-functional projects with a finance focus in an international set-up.
  • You have additionally several years of experience in controlling / accounting / policies within global matrix organizations.
  • You have strong expertise in budget planning and forecasting processes.

  • You have strong analytical skills that enable you to analyze complex interrelationships and present them to executive management in a clear and efficient manner.
  • You are creative and have outstanding communication and presentation skills in English
  • You use your strong interpersonal skills to develop and leverage relationships and networks across the organization.
  • You take ownership of your work, are result-oriented, enjoy working in international teams, and are motivated and enthusiastic about your tasks.
