Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
As you know, every person is different and so is every role in a company. That is why we have to adapt accordingly, and the process may differ slightly at times. However, please know that we always put ourselves in the candidate's shoes to ensure they have the best possible experience.

Job Description

Being a consultant at Amaris Consulting means positioning yourself as a technical and functional expert in an industrial field, but above all being an ambassador of our organization to clients thanks to:
- Your interpersonal skills and ability to listen in order to build a strong relationship of trust with our clients and fully understand their challenges and issues.
- Your curiosity and eagerness to learn as we support over 1000 clients from all sectors worldwide.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Guide teams through Agile/Scrum practices, promoting continuous improvement.
- Coach product owners on effective backlog management and prioritization.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies while fostering autonomy and ownership within the team.
- Identify and remove project impediments to optimize team performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Contribute to the evolution of Agile practices and internal frameworks.
- Provide reporting on team progress and project milestones to stakeholders.
- Experience with Scrum and Agile frameworks.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent.
- Certification: Scrum Master Certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent).
- Experience with scaled Agile environments (SAFe, LeSS) is a plus.
- Academic background: engineering schools or universities with a focus on IT or project management.
- Fluent Italian and English.
- You have an ability to manage priorities and foster team collaboration.
