Job Description
- Provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for employees.
- Perform daily system checks and maintenance to ensure all IT systems are functioning correctly.
- Manage support tickets, document solutions, and create user guides for common problems.
- Set up, configure, and maintain IT equipment inventory, including hardware replacements or upgrades.
- Assist with basic user training on IT systems and tools.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff or external vendors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and security guidelines.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
- Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with banking systems or financial software is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer service oriented with a helpful, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to start work early to support staff from the beginning of the business day.
- Monday to Friday, starting at 7:00 AM to ensure early support availability.
