Desktop Support Technician

We are looking for a Desktop Technician responsible to provides daily local and remote support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and application issues. This role requires documenting all activities in a ticketing system and collaborating with supervisors to ensure consistent service delivery.

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Deliver 1st/2nd-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Log and resolve tickets; communicate issue status to users.
• Install/troubleshoot Windows OS (XP–10), Office, Cisco Jabber, and approved apps.
• Perform preventive maintenance and hardware repairs.
• Troubleshoot network/connectivity issues using diagnostic tools.
• Provide basic Mac OS and mobile device support (iOS/Android).
• Liaise with third-party vendors for AV issues.
• Mentor Band 1 technicians; support Band 3 engineers.
• Participate in projects; work occasional off-hours/weekends.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT or related field.
• CompTIA A+, MCP, or similar certifications.
• 18+ months IT support experience.
• Strong in Windows 7–10, AD/GPOs, O365, ticketing systems, encryption, antivirus.
• Familiar with MDM, network basics, AV, and smart devices.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; adaptable and customer-focused.
