What you will do

You will take a leading role in strengthening and growing our frontend capabilities. In close collaboration with our Lead Frontend Developer, you will help set the standard, mentor team members, and guide technical decision-making across a range of digital products.

Your main responsibilities:

• Set up and expand Frontend Development practices at Framna
• Coach and support fellow developers, sharing your expertise generously
• Build high-quality digital products with a focus on usability and performance
• Advise teams and partners on the best technical approach
• Stay on top of developments in your field and bring new ideas into practice

Who you are

You are a strong fit for this role if you:

• Hold a degree in a technical field (HBO or equivalent)
• Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience with React.js
• Have a curious, growth-oriented mindset and love exploring new technologies
• Are analytical, reliable, and committed to delivering quality on time
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
