We collaborate and partner globally to solve interesting design challenges with innovative, thoughtful and well-crafted solutions. About The Role

You will co-lead the UX design on one of our products. You will work collaboratively in different product squads to ideate, improve, and design the user experience of the platform. You will work cross-functionally to discover and understand the needs and journeys of our pharma users, to untangle the complexities and requirements of the product, creating a seamless product experience using cutting edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Co-leading an agile product squad to help deliver consistent and exceptional user experiences
• Collaborating in cross-functional teams to build and agree on the best design decisions for our users
• Creating both robust, high-level design concepts and detailed designs to ensure we build quality and relevant solutions
• Presenting designs to provide a clear rationale using decisions based on data and best practice principles
• Sharing design and UX related knowledge and skills across internal and external teams to advance our collective understanding
• Understanding user research to help your team understand user problems and workflows and validate UI concept designs or measure usability
• Lead design workshops to understand, ideate and execute the right solution for the redesign of some of the product features
  
  

Requirements

• Demonstrate solid design experience covering UX Design, UX Research and Interaction Design using best-practice patterns
• Be detail oriented with an impressive desire to produce innovative designs and user-experiences
• Be able to communicate your designs clearly tailoring your communication to your audience
• Have the ability to understand complex systems and problems and see the big picture
• Have a passion for building user-centered design and using user feedback to improve your future designs
• Have great communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers across the organization
