Role Overview

At Scaler, we’re looking for a motivated working student to support our data and analytics work. You’ll help manage and analyze sustainability-related data that powers our platform and supports real estate clients in making better, more impactful decisions.

This role is a great fit if you enjoy working with data, have a sharp eye for detail, and are interested in sustainability, real estate, or tech. You’ll get hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and the chance to learn quickly as part of a small, supportive team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining large datasets related to sustainability reporting and real estate performance.
• Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and organization within Scaler’s sustainability platform.
• Support sustainability data collection, workflow optimization, and insights generation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain data integrity and drive process improvements.
• Research real estate sustainability trends and assist in preparing internal reports and presentations.
• Contribute to the development of onboarding materials, documentation, and internal resources.
  
  

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled at a university in the Netherlands
• Strong organizational skills, with a passion for presenting and engaging with different stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with a self-starter attitude
