Senior Fullstack .Net Developer

Job responsibilities

• Build and evolve fullstack applications using C#.NET and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
• Work in collaborative, cross-functional teams to design innovative digital products.
• Use continuous delivery practices to ship high-quality software early and often.
• Create scalable distributed systems, leveraging microservices architecture when appropriate.
• Apply best practices from Thoughtworks’ Tech Radar to solve client challenges with the latest technologies.
• Implement DevOps tools and practices to automate build, test, and deployment pipelines.
• Lead or contribute throughout the full software delivery lifecycle — from ideation through production.
• Mentor and support less-experienced team members, growing your team’s technical capabilities.
  
  
  

Job Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong experience developing with C#.NET — backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
• Solid experience building frontend applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
• Ability to write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code following Object-Oriented principles.
• Comfort working with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies like XP, Scrum, or Kanban.
• A continuous learning mindset and an eagerness to stay current with new technologies and practices.

• You genuinely enjoy interacting with teammates from across the business and have a knack for communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• You love creating robust, scalable, flexible, and relevant solutions that help transform businesses and industries.
