🛠️ What You’ll Do

👋 New hire onboarding – Welcome new colleagues and get them set up for success!

❓ Employee questions? – Be the first point of contact for contracts, time tracking, and benefits.

🤝 Team conflicts? – Step in as a mediator and help resolve issues with care.

👋 Offboarding – Handle all P&O tasks when it’s time to say goodbye.

🧑‍💼 Hiring support – Occasionally join interviews and share your HR insights.

🌐 Global projects – Help roll out digital tools and compliance initiatives.

🔄 Process alignment – Streamline workflows and support global standards.

🧩 Your Profile

✅ Experience in HR, ideally in an international setting

✅ Familiar with HR systems, policies, and processes

✅ Knowledge of local labor law (bonus if you know more than one!)

🎓 Degree in HR, Business, Labor Law, or similar — or equivalent experience

🗣️ Fluent in English and advanced Spanish

🗂️ Super organized, independent, and a great communicator

💪 Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.
