Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CMMC Process Analyst to join our clint`s team in Zurich. This role focuses on implementing compliance measures in alignment with NIST and CMMC frameworks across all entities. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in business process analysis, IT and IS mapping, and the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational alignment with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Map AS-IS data flows across BG entities: document roles, application usage, and access rights.
- Identify compliance gaps in roles, responsibilities, and processes.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to assess and redesign processes for CMMC compliance.
- Develop and validate TO-BE business, IT, and IS processes, ensuring documentation in QMS/oneBPM formats.
- Review and update existing SOPs, tracking progress and completion.
- Work with document management to implement CUI (Controlled Unclassified Information) marking protocols.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and support rollout of new processes and compliance practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of experience in end-to-end business process analysis (including sales, procurement, manufacturing, and engineering).
- Proven experience with business process modeling tools and compliance frameworks (especially CMMC/NIST).
- Expertise in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
- Fluent in English.
