Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced CMMC Compliance Manager to lead compliance transformation for our client in Zurich. This high-impact role is responsible for ensuring adherence to NIST and CMMC requirements, driving business adoption, and managing the implications on the Target Operating Model (TOM). The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of compliance frameworks, broad IT and business process expertise, and proven experience in audit preparation, project leadership, and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) data flow across U.S. and European operations, mapping its integration into roles, applications, and processes.
- Develop and roll out global and local compliance policies, ensuring stakeholder alignment and localized implementation.
- Conduct impact assessments on TOM, identifying necessary changes in procedures, roles, and systems.
- Define and document TO-BE business processes, addressing compliance gaps and ensuring CMMC alignment.
- Lead change impact analyses across IT, vendors, people, and business functions.
- Design and deliver engagement strategies and training programs to support the transition to compliant, sustainable operations.
- Support and guide teams in adopting new ways of working, ensuring a structured, secure, and efficient transformation.

Qualifications
- At least 20 years of experience in business transformation, project management, and audit preparation.
- Extensive knowledge of NIST and CMMC compliance standards.
- In-depth understanding of end-to-end business functions, including procurement, sales, manufacturing, engineering, and quality.
- Proven experience with policy development, change management, and process design.
- Fluent in English.
