Are you an experienced IPO Project Manager looking to make a significant impact within a company on the verge of going public? Our client, a private company based in Lausanne, is gearing up for an exciting Initial Public Offering (IPO) process, and they are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to lead this critical project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the preparation and execution of the IPO process.
• Transition the company's financial reporting standards from IFRS to US GAAP.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external advisors (investment banks, legal counsel, auditors) to ensure a seamless IPO readiness journey.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive IPO roadmap, timelines, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular updates and presentations to the leadership team and board.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in leading IPO preparation projects, preferably in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting transitions, specifically from IFRS to US GAAP.
• A deep understanding of capital markets, IPO processes, and related regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage complex tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
