Cyber Security IAM Project Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a IAM Project Manager, you will be leading the implementation, management, and monitoring of security measures across software, services, and IAM technology. With advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles, you will ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of organizational assets. Together with senior stakeholders, including project and product teams, you will ensure that security is integrated into the development and operational processes. As part of a strategic security initiative, you drive the ongoing evolution of security processes, strengthen data protection efforts, and ensure that best practices are implemented across the organization’s technology platforms and services.

• Project Management & Follow-up: Develop plans, track progress, ensure delivery, and maintain project documentation
• IAM Strategy & Compliance: Enforce IAM policies, update systems based on business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Risk Management & Security: Assess and mitigate risks to ensure the effectiveness and security of the IAM system.
• Stakeholder & Communication Management: Maintain transparent communication, manage changes, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  
  
  

Who You’ll Work With

You will belong to our Cyber Security Architecture & Engineering team and be part of our sub-team called IAM Center of Excellence. The team’s scope of responsibility covers aspects from demand management to planning and prioritisation, while also assisting at the unit level by supporting Architecture and Engineering teams with strategic planning and alignment. We are set up to provide the organisation with a single point of contact for any IAM related matter within H&M.

• Experience planning, leading, and following up on IAM and cyber security projects.
• Strong risk analysis skills
• Knowledge of implementation, regulatory frameworks, and standards (e.g., DORA, NIS).
• Solid project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• A track record of driving technical and operational security initiatives
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence
