Key responsibilitie

• sWork across the full product life cycle, from establishing the value proposition to creating and validating initial concepts, to delivering final designs (analysis, ideation, design, implementation, user testing
• )Interpret and translate UX concepts into high fidelity components and designs through close collaboration with our product designers, product managers and developers
• .Deliver compelling insights to the product and design teams
• .Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• .Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping
• .Make consistent UI, seamless experience cross platform: web, mobile web, native apps
• .Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• .Define and maintain design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across products
• .Facilitate evidence-based product and design decisions
• .Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions
• .Use data-driven insights to iterate on designs and optimize conversion rates
• .Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals

Qualifications & Experien

• ceMin. 5 years of experience in working as a Product Designer for mobile and web-based product
• s.Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design processes and problem-solving skill
• s.Proficiency in design prototype/handoff/feedback tools such as Figm
• a.Understanding of core product design lifecycl
• e.Experience with design systems and creating scalable UI component
• s.Demonstrated ability to analyze and understand problems, user flows, prototype, interactions and cooperate with developers during the implementation of your desig
• n.Knowing and applying UX research methods were necessar

• s.Up-to-date with latest design trends, techniques and technologie
