We are looking for “Product Design Executive” to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey .

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement user-centered design solutions for various digital products, including mobile apps and web platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs with a strong focus on UX and UI principles
• Build and enhance design systems, ensuring consistent and effective use across projects
• Plan, conduct, and analyze user research to inform innovative design solutions, iterating on feedback throughout all stages of product development (research, design, testing) and staying current with UX/UI trends
• Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
• Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical team members
• Lead facelift and redesign projects, improving product aesthetics and usability based on user feedback and business needs
• Manage agency collaboration to ensure high-quality deliverables

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related or engineering field (such as Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Software Engineering, or Computer Science)
• At least 5 years of experience in product design for mobile apps and web platforms
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other similar design programs at an advanced level
• Expertise in UX and UI design, with a strong ability to create high-quality prototypes
• Experience in developing and managing design systems
• Strong collaboration skills and a team-player mindset, with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Data-driven design decision-making and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
