What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of anti-fraud and credit risk models
• Design, build, and maintain statistical and machine learning models
• Analyze large-scale datasets to identify risk patterns and financial crime
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership
• Contribute strategically and technically to how our platform evolves across markets

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in quantitative modeling, machine learning, and Python
• Strong backend developer experience is a must - Python or C#
• A solid grasp of fraud detection and credit risk - experience in banking, insurance, or fintech is a big plus
• Ability to combine deep technical skills with real-world business understanding
• Self-driven, structured, and thrives in a high-impact, fast-moving environment
