Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our client's innovative team working on cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models and systems to solve real-world challenges. This role requires a combination of strong programming skills, theoretical knowledge, and practical experience in AI/ML..

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and models for large-scale applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define AI/ML solutions to business and technical problems.
• Build and maintain pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Deploy AI/ML models in production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct model evaluation, testing, and iteration to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in AI, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed models and implement continuous improvements.
• Document development processes, methodologies, and results for team and stakeholder reference.

Qualifications:

Education:

Education qualifications listed below will be considered but are not required

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Ph.D. in a relevant domain is a plus.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions.
• Proven expertise in working with structured and unstructured data.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Strong background in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI/ML workloads.
• Familiarity with big data tools such as Spark, Hadoop, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools for CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of mathematical and statistical foundations of AI/ML, including linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual tasks independently.
