Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights that drive business and technical decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and implement predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business problems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
• Design experiments and evaluate hypotheses to inform decision-making.
• Build data pipelines and workflows to ensure scalable and efficient processing.
• Visualize and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders using dashboards, reports, and presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and domain experts, to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Stay up to date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
• Document methodologies, processes, and results for internal use and future reference.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in data science or machine learning are a plus.

Experience:

• 3-7 years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models and advanced analytics.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and relational databases (e.g., SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data processing and model deployment.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable insights.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
