- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
- Strong recruitment, employee relations, and performance management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is an advantage
