About the Role

We are looking for a visionary IT Director / Senior IT Program Manager to lead and deliver complex IT programs. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for aligning IT with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead enterprise-scale IT programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Oversee infrastructure and software solution design, deployment, and support.

- Align IT strategy with business objectives to drive innovation and efficiency.

- Manage cross-functional, multicultural teams across global locations.

- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of IT systems.

- Drive cloud migration, virtualization, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Implement IT governance, compliance (e.g., GDPR), and security frameworks.

- Report progress and strategic insights to senior leadership.

- Manage budgets, vendors, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

- 17+ years of IT leadership experience.

- Expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud (Azure, VMware, OpenStack), and cybersecurity.

- Certifications: ITIL v3 Foundation, ITIL Intermediate (PPO), Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner.

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Cisco, Oracle Taleo, Django, React JS, Flutter.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
