DevOps & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

DevOps Enablement & Internal Platform Adoption

• Support development teams in adopting internal DevOps tools and CI/CD platforms.
• Act as an enablement champion, promoting DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Provide consultative, hands-on support and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Develop and deliver internal training to empower teams using our developer platform.
• Design and implement reusable components to optimize CI/CD workflows and infrastructure automation.

Cloud Infrastructure Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Manage cloud environments (mainly AWS), ensuring cost-efficiency, performance, and security.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging for infrastructure reliability and governance.
• Enable DevOps workflows through seamless CI/CD integration (on-prem or cloud).
• Champion security and compliance through robust configuration and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Engineering roles.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab Pipelines, Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g. Git).
• Strong scripting experience (Python, Bash, Shell) and experience with Terraform for IAC.
• Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, etc.), networking, and logging configurations.
• Comfortable managing Kubernetes-based platforms (OpenShift, AKS) and GitOps workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with tools like Crossplane, GoLang, or Kubernetes operators.
• Certifications in AWS, DevOps Engineering, or related cloud-native technologies.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and infrastructure for big data or analytics.
• Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and mobile/web environments.
