Business Development Lead (Listings &/or Contracts)


About the Role

Coinup Pte Ltd is seeking experienced business development professionals to drive growth in the Vietnamese, Japanese, South Korean, Turkish, and/or global markets. This role is ideal for individuals with Web3 exchange experience, specializing in listings, contracts, or KOL partnerships.


Depending on expertise, candidates may focus on:

  • Business Development Manager (Listings) – Securing and managing token listings on the exchange.
  • Business Development Manager (Contracts) – Negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.
  • As a Business Development Lead, you will oversee listings and/or contracts at a leadership level, driving strategic initiatives to expand business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with key business partners to generate new revenue streams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Token Listings & Partnerships – Identify and onboard new projects for exchange listings.
  • Contract Negotiation & Management – Develop and execute agreements with strategic partners.
  • KOL & Influencer Engagement – Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive user acquisition.
  • Market Expansion – Develop strategies to increase market share and brand awareness.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization – Monitor key metrics such as sign-ups, deposits, trading volume, and ROI.
  • Revenue Share & Compliance – Manage revenue share agreements and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to align business objectives.

  • Proven ability to execute strategies effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in business development, listings, or contract management.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Web3 exchange experience is required.
  • Fluency in Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, or Turkish is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or token listings.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage listing agreements.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track and optimize performance.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
