We are seeking a talented and innovative UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic tech team. You will leverage your expertise in information architecture, user flows, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing to craft intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll transform business needs and technical constraints into elegant, user-centered solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business goals.

This role is perfect for a creative professional who excels in fast-paced environments and thrives on designing innovative digital experiences.

This is an on-site role, Monday – Friday, in Miami, FL.

Key Responsibilities

Iterative Design & Testing:

  • Continuously refine design concepts based on usability testing, A/B test insights, customer feedback, and usage analytics to deliver optimized user experiences.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and development teams, to define and visualize future-forward customer experiences.
  • Design intuitive and seamless experiences tailored across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms, ensuring responsive and accessible designs.

Strategic Vision & Execution

  • Create and advocate for a clear design vision that harmonizes aesthetics with functionality, aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Assist the business in executing impactful website campaigns, ensuring design consistency, hyper personalization and optimal user engagement.
  • Lead user experience improvement projects aimed at increasing conversion rates, streamlining user journeys, and reducing friction points.

Required Experience And Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision.
  • Experience in ideating, implementing and analyzing A/B tests (Dynamic Yield experience Preferred).
  • Strong visual design skills, including typography, illustration, iconography, imagery, and diagramming.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate design rationale, concepts, and outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in applying UX best practices, particularly with mobile-first and responsive design approaches.
  • Proactive self-starter with the capability to independently manage projects while maintaining a collaborative approach.
  • Passionate about solving user challenges through thoughtful, innovative design solutions and committed to staying informed about current and emerging industry trends.

Preferred Skills

  • Basic proficiency with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is advantageous.
