SUMMARY: The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be reporting to a QA Lead and be responsible for games that are coming out of the Studio Team that the role is directly associated with. The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring our product meets the established standards of quality including design, functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with other systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand company Mission, Vision, and Values and be an ambassador of MVV.
- Draft quality assurance documentation (e.g. test plans) per proper procedure.
- Work with product managers, developers, and QA management to define acceptance criteria, identify risks, and plan testing coverage for upcoming features/releases.
- Interpret and execute quality assurance processes.
- Devise testing procedures for recording and reporting quality issues.
- Plan, conduct, and monitor testing of a game to ensure the finished product reaches set quality levels.
- Verify fixes are implemented correctly throughout the product cycle.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have a working knowledge of Office Software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)

- 1+ years of software testing experience
- Basic understanding of test methodologies
- 3+ years of software testing experience
- Knowledge of a Project Management Software Preferred
- Game engine knowledge (Unity/Unreal)
- Agile/Reactive test strategies
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and performance testing tools
- ISTQB Foundation Level software testing certification preferred
