Technical Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Software Technical Delivery Lead to oversee the technical execution of a software development project. This role involves guiding the technical team, ensuring architectural alignment, managing code quality, and collaborating closely with project managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of software solutions
• Define architecture and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
• Oversee code quality, development standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business analysts
• Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure timely delivery of technical components in coordination with project milestones
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to development teams
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies
• Hands-on experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus
