Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRMS Manager to lead and manage the HRMS (Human Resource Management System) development and maintenance within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Java, Flutter, and Microservices Architecture while having extensive experience in managing HRMS systems. This role will involve overseeing the architecture, design, development, and implementation of HRMS solutions that cater to our organization's evolving HR needs.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HRMS development team, overseeing the design, implementation, and integration of the HRMS. Architect and develop scalable, robust, and efficient solutions using Java, Flutter, and Microservices.
  
  

Manage end-to-end delivery of HRMS features including recruitment, payroll, attendance, performance management, and employee records.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, and other departments) to understand HRMS requirements and implement custom solutions.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Develop and maintain architecture and technical specifications for HRMS platforms, focusing on high availability and scalability.

Mentor and guide the HRMS development team to follow best practices in coding, design, and development.

Ensure the HRMS complies with data security and privacy standards.

Develop and manage software release cycles, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality HRMS solutions.

Continuously assess and integrate new technologies to enhance HRMS functionalities and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in HRMS system development and management.

Strong expertise in Java, Flutter, and Microservices Architecture.

Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
