What You’ll Be Doing...

Our Point of Sale (POS) applications enable us to sell to customers through a different variety of channels. You’ll be part of our VCG Technology Team, responsible to develop web and native application on iOS and Android platforms. You will work closely with senior team members to build world class digital experience.

• Developing and enhancing the POS suite of application, as well as coordinate with the teams to integrate different layers of the application.
• Accumulating business requirements, system features and functionality.
• Understanding the requirement and design experiences and convert all the non-functional requirements to functional requirement.
• Developing highly available applications in timely manner.
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Writing clean, efficient, and testable code.
• Thoroughly testing software, identifying and resolving bugs, and ensuring code quality.
• Working with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
• Analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions to improve software performance and functionality.
• Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing systems, processes, and tools.
• Identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks in software systems.

You'll Need To Have

• Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
• Hands on experience with iOS related development technologies like Swift, objective C, and xCode.
• Hands on experience with Android development i.e. Kotlin, and Jetpack compose.
• Hands on experience in building web application using technologies like Java, Spring Reactive and React JS.
• Good understanding and knowledge on SQL / No SQL Databases.
• Good understanding and knowledge on different architectural patterns like MVC, MVVVM.
• Hands on experience with concepts like Swift UI, Swift Data, Swift testing, Apple intelligence, and other latest advancements in field of iOS development.
• Knowledge on Deployment in AppStore, TestFlight, and Playstore.
• Version control - like Github/ Gitlab
• Knowledge on cross platform architecture like KMM, flutter, React Native, - added advantage.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering software's enhancements.
• Proficient in understanding, working and adopting Agile methodologies.
