as part of our handpicked team of experts, you

• use the latest design tools (Midjourney and so on) and have capabilities to produce visually stunning and impactful content,
• design and create eye-catching graphics for LinkedIn posts in collaboration with our Social Media Expert,
• collaborate with team members to create engaging design elements for landing pages, newsletters, website pages, and presentations,
• craft Instagram layouts that align with our brand,
• create other materials like Microsoft Teams backgrounds, thumbnails for internal and external podcasts, and yearbook,
• support other enspired communities in visual projects, i. eg. company yearbook
• create and guard brand guidebook,
• bring creativity to the physical workspace by contributing to office, aesthetics, including prints on walls or glass, and
• design new and exciting company merchandise that reflects.

how you fit into the team

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy and

• value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,
• have at least three years of experience as a Graphic Designer,
• preferably hold master's title in Art/Graphic Design,
• know how to prepare graphics for print specifications,
• are passionate about presenting complicated matters with easy-to-digest visuals
• showcase a portfolio that reflects your expertise in creating visually stunning and impactful designs,
• are fluently speaking English, German is a plus,
• have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality, and
• are a curious person with a good sense of humor.
