Blockchain Developer (Mid-Senior)

We’re hiring skilled blockchain developers to join a long-term project focused on scaling a regulated tokenized financial product across multiple chains.

Join a pioneering team at a leading financial services company to expand and maintain a tokenized money market fund across multiple blockchains (Ethereum, Solana, Aptos, and more). You’ll work on cutting-edge DeFi solutions, smart contract upgrades, and cross-chain integrations in a collaborative, innovative environment.

About the Role:

You’ll be part of a highly technical, globally distributed team responsible for:

• Expanding smart contract functionality across multiple chains (Solana, Aptos, Ethereum-compatible networks)
• Maintaining and evolving an existing codebase tied to a live financial product
• Building internal tooling for testing, upgrades, and monitoring
• Collaborating with other developers in daily standups, architecture discussions, and code reviews
• Designing modular, upgradeable smart contract architectures
  
  

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of blockchain development experience
• Hands-on knowledge of at least one of the following:
• Solidity + Ethereum-compatible chains (Polygon, Avalanche, Base, etc.)
• Rust + Solana
• Move + Aptos
• Familiarity with Web3 integration tools
• Ability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Time hours
• Dedicated remote workspace with reliable internet
• Strong sense of commitment, client focus, and accountability
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience migrating from one chain to another (e.g., Ethereum → Solana)
• Prior work on tokenized assets or financial protocols
• Familiarity with additional networks (Polygon, Arbitrum, Sui)
• Tooling contributions (testing frameworks, monitoring, upgrade automation)
• Understanding of compliance and identity layers (e.g., KYC, Open Banking APIs, on-chain attestations
• Experience with system-level architecture, including failure handling and operational support
