What does a successful Senior Product Manager do in Fiserv?
As a Product Manager at Fiserv, you will drive the vision and roadmap for our Carat product line, championing innovation and excellence. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet market demands and enhance customer experiences in the FinTech space. Your deep understanding of payment solutions and your strong analytical skills will be crucial in shaping the product strategy and ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients and the way they conduct commerce.
What You Will Do
- As a product, technical, and market specialist for Carat, the individual is encouraged to provide thought-leadership and excellence in the sales and delivery of solutions in relation to assigned products:
- Involved from conception through end of life for a specific product, product group or product line including product management, product development and business development.
- Assist in tracking and reporting product performance throughout its life cycle including product strategy, product planning and issue prioritization.
- Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market .
- Assist in driving product development and enhancements including road map and statement of direction development.
- Provide professional consulting service to clients, proactively driving value-based technical solutions and capabilities on sales engagements;
- Influence product development on innovation roadmap strategy.
- Drive revenue growth through linking customer requirements to Fiserv solutions and increasing scope of opportunity by designing differentiated solutions comprised of multiple products.
- Drive channel sales-enablement through differentiated product messaging, solution-based sales training, and value-proposition driven positioning.
What You Will Need To Have
- 8-12 years of experience in product management, sales, technical support and implementation experience with strong consultative and strategic sales support skill sets.
- Payment processing and merchant acquiring industry experience is highly desired.
- Self-motivated, mature and independent, able to handle multi-tasks and work well under pressure.
