Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants tailored to business need.
- Build and fine-tune NLP models for intent classification, entity recognition and dialogue management
- Analyze user conversations to uncover insights and improve bot performance
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and software engineers to align chatbot functionalities with user needs
- Integrate chatbot solutions with external APIs and internal systems
- Develop metrics and A/B tests to evaluate bot effectiveness and continuously iterate based on data
- Maintain documentation and provide support for chatbot solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, AI, or a related field
- Proven experience with chatbot frameworks (e.g., Rasa, Diagflow, Microsoft Bot Framework)
- Strong background in NLP techniques and tools (E.g., spaCy, HuggingFace, NLTK, transformers)
- Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages
- Experience working with large datasets, data wrangling, and feature engineering
- Familiarity with deploying models and services using cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Knowledge of conversational UX principles
- Familiarity with CI/CD and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
