Technical Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer (RTE)

We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master/Release Train Engineer who is highly agile and possesses excellent communication skills in English.

Location Buenos Aires, Argentina (remote work within Buenos Aires is possible, but occasional in-person visits to the office are expected).

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles, including at least 3+ years as a Release Train Engineer or Technical Scrum Master.
• Strong technical background—can speak the language of developers, testers, DevOps, and architects.
• Background in software development, systems engineering, or DevOps is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience supporting large-scale software systems and Agile transformations in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), software development lifecycle (SDLC), and DevOps practices.
• Experience leading PI planning and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using Agile project management tools such as Jira, Rally, VersionOne, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues and drive collaborative resolutions.
