Acsys is looking for a proactive, analytical, and business-oriented Business Analyst who resides in Argentina. This is a great opportunity to work on a global project for a multinational company and make a real impact! 🌍

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

• 5–7 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, adding value through research, optimization ideas, and clear business cases.
• Strong background in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and delivering in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Business Process Modeling, DevOps, and microservices.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English. This is a must-have.
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Write and groom user stories, epics, and features across the full product lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define and document requirements.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable technical specifications.
• Support backlog prioritization and risk/dependency management.
• Review test cases, assess solution fit, and suggest process improvements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement impactful solutions.
