STAGE - Assistant Generative IA Europe (H/F) - October 2025

Particularly, for Fragrance & Beauty, e-business has become the ultimate growth driver. All divisions developed omni-channel client journeys which connect physical and digital client touchpoints for a great client experience.

As part of the Europe Regional Digital teams and reporting to the Data Department, you will actively contribute to the research and development efforts of our advanced analytics Squad. Your primary focus will be on exploring and applying Generative AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), to established use cases in our industry.

Your main missions will include:

• Contributing to the creation of a chatbot that highlights and summarizes the work of the team, focusing on data science tasks such as processing, structuring, and analyzing the results from various studies and dashboards.
• Developing models that can convert complex business questions into SQL queries (Text-to-SQL), helping uncover valuable insights through automated data extraction in the context of Generative AI for conversational Business Intelligence (BI).
• Working closely with a data scientist on some use cases for Generative AI, including content summarization, retrieval-augmented generation, and content moderation. You will explore the impact of these technologies within our luxury business.
• Collaborating with the advanced analytics team and with business, contributing to innovative ways of leveraging AI across various functions.
• Contributing in documenting and presenting research findings, ensuring that methodologies and results are reproducible and communicated clearly to support informed decision-making.
  
  
  

Required profile:

• In-depth understanding of theory and practice of machine learning learning concepts, particularly in content generation and AI applications.
• Familiarity with using pre-trained models for generative AI tasks.
• Proficiency in Python and popular libraries such as transformers, Langchain, and Pandas.
• Ability to work well in a team and and communicate effectively.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or physics.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical findings to non-technical teams.
