POSITION

We are looking for a German speaking and Berlin based Business Intelligence Analyst (all genders).

CHALLENGE

• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key metrics and insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data requirements.
• Data Management: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability by working with IT and data engineering teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance existing BI tools, processes, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support Decision-Making: Provide recommendations to senior leadership based on data-driven insights.
  
  

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant experience in a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Strong SQL skills for querying databases.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python is a plus.
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
• Experience in tourism is a plus.
• Understanding of advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling or machine learning.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
