About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong technical acumen and commercial sensibility to oversee the lifecycle of a broad product portfolio across multiple business units. This is a cross-functional role that bridges technical expertise, service operations, and go-to-market strategy, acting as a key link between sales, service, and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has a background in engineering or chemistry, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to interpret complex technical documentation. A hands-on, field-oriented mindset is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Portfolio & Product Management

• Analyze and manage an extensive portfolio of SKUs, identifying the most suitable solutions for specific market segments.
• Review technical data sheets, understand product features, and evaluate performance comparisons.
• Coordinate certification processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support the implementation phase with a focus on installation, maintenance, and service requirements.

🔹 Technical Support & Quality Interface

• Act as the primary point of contact for technical claims, liaising with internal teams and manufacturers.
• Interface directly with component suppliers to understand product behavior, address quality issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Work closely with service teams to resolve product issues in the field and ensure consistent quality standards.
• Oversee testing processes and report results related to water treatment and filtration performance.

🔹 Sales & Field Enablement

• Train and support the sales force with in-depth product knowledge.
• Participate in strategic customer meetings and high-value negotiations alongside the sales team.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop impactful materials for product promotion and sell-in/sell-out activities.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Technologies).
• Proven experience in product management or technical-commercial roles, ideally in a B2C or industrial setting.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical documentation and translate it into actionable insights.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel across Italy when required.
• Proactive, field-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
