We are looking for

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager Intern to join our Product team. This is a 6-month internship designed for final-year university students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in Product Management in a real-world tech environment. Y

ou’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders across the company to support the development of product features and improvements that serve thousands of users worldwide. If successful, this internship could lead to a full-time position.

Your role in BizAway

• Support Product Managers with the day-to-day management of product initiatives and ongoing improvements.
• Help define product requirements by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and mapping user needs.
• Assist in writing clear and structured user stories, specifications, and documentation.
• Participate in user research, competitive analysis, and product benchmarking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—design, engineering, marketing, and customer success—to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
• Monitor and analyze product performance through KPIs and user feedback.
• Contribute to QA testing and validation to ensure features meet quality standards before release.
  
  

Your basic qualifications

• You are in your final year of university (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• A strong interest in technology, user experience, and how digital products are built.
• You are curious, proactive, and ready to take ownership of small projects or features.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluency in English (B2+).
